Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using Zeli, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after updates constitutes acceptance. You should review this page periodically for changes that may affect you.

You do not need to create an account to use Zeli; core features work on your device. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive license to use Zeli in accordance with these terms and the App Store rules. You may not reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract our source code except where law prohibits that restriction. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm others.

Premium and other paid features, if offered, are one-time purchases processed by Apple through the App Store. There is no recurring subscription for Premium. Prices vary by country or region as shown at checkout. Refund requests are handled under Apple's standard policies — contact Apple Support for purchase and refund questions. You can restore prior purchases at no extra charge using Restore Purchases in the App Store or in Zeli where available.

You retain ownership of tasks, lists, and other content you create in Zeli. You give us permission to process that content on your device (and through iCloud while sync is on — it is on by default until you turn it off in Settings) solely to provide the service. You are responsible for what you store and for complying with laws that apply to your content. We may remove or restrict content that violates these terms or applicable law where we have the technical ability to do so.

Zeli, its branding, design, and underlying software are owned by us or our licensors. Except for the limited license above, no rights are granted. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent. Feedback you send us may be used to improve the product without obligation to compensate you.

You may not misuse Zeli to harass others, distribute malware, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems or others' data. Automated access that imposes unreasonable load on our infrastructure is not allowed. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your license to use Zeli if you violate these rules or threaten the integrity of the service.

Zeli is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Your use of the app is at your own risk. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Zeli. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the app or in-app purchases related to the claim in the twelve months before the claim, or fifty dollars if you paid nothing.

We may modify these terms to reflect new features or legal requirements. We will post the updated terms and revise the date above. For material changes we may provide additional notice in the app. If you disagree with an update, you should stop using Zeli and delete the app.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in your country or region of residence, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country gives you rights that cannot be waived or overridden by contract.

We will try to resolve disputes in good faith before formal proceedings. Nothing in this section limits rights you may have under mandatory consumer law.
