Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 4, 2026

Introduction

We built Zeli to respect your privacy by design. This policy explains how Zeli handles information when you use our iOS app and this website. We do not track you, show ads in the app, or run analytics or crash-reporting services that send data to us. If anything is unclear, contact us using the details at the end of this document.

Data We Collect

Zeli does not collect personal data from the app for our own use. Tasks and lists you create are stored on your device. iCloud sync is on by default, so copies may also exist in your personal iCloud account under Apple's policies — we do not receive that content on our own servers. If you email support, we only see what you put in your message.

Analytics & Advertising

We do not use third-party analytics, we do not collect usage statistics for our own purposes, and we do not show advertisements in Zeli.

iCloud Sync

iCloud sync is on by default so your data can stay aligned across devices signed into the same Apple ID. Sync runs through your personal Apple iCloud account according to Apple's systems and privacy policy — not ours. You can disable sync for Zeli in Settings > [your name] > iCloud on your iPhone, and you can manage or delete iCloud data there as Apple allows.

Children's Privacy

Zeli is not directed at children under thirteen, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data (for example via email), please contact us so we can delete it promptly. Parents and guardians should supervise younger users' device use as they see fit.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy when our practices or legal requirements change. The updated date appears at the top of the page. Continued use of Zeli after changes means you accept the revised policy. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice as appropriate.
